Tao Leadership Tips

Solutions never come in a bottle. Forget clever strategies and packaged techniques that promise rapid self improvement. Make no promises to cure a person and to make them feel good. Avoid dangling a carrot that life will be more sane, more fair and more gentle. No teacher can make another happy, rich and powerful. There are no rules to make these things happen. If you want to improve yourself and others, turn inward and listen to the silence and hear your true self. Silence is cleansing and revealing, and it will always speak your truth. Only in this way will you be able to live and teach the pathways to wellness. (the tao of leadership)
